Eighty six per cent of our guests thought a female-tailored program was a great idea,” said Bridie Commerford, VP Marketing, Communications and Guest Relations for AccorHotels. The MGallery brand team in Paris instigated a global study, undertaken in conjunction with research company IPSOS to research what women would love to see available at hotels. Bridie Commerford, VP Marketing, Communications and Guest Relations for AccorHotels. These elements have now been addressed across MGallery hotels. Emergency kits are available with things like stockings, hair ties, sunscreen, moisturiser and nail polish remover. “We made sure all of the MGallery properties have a really strong hairdryer,” said Commerford, after this issue was mentioned several times in the survey. Bathroom lighting has also been enhanced to accomodate the needs of travelling women. “This is the beauty side but there’s a whole other side to the Inspired by Her program,” said Commerford who pointed to the health and wellness aspects of the program.  Light and healthy menu items have been added to the restaurant menus and signature cocktails have also been created. A teapot service has also been created for guests and staff members will deliver a specially brewed pot of tea to the room on request. The five-star William Inglis Hotel opened in January. The equine-themed hotel, overlooking Warwick Farm racecourse, features rooms that are named after horses that the Inglis family have owned.  AccorHotelshotelInspired By Herluxury hotelMGallery by SofitelSydneyThe William Inglis HotelWarwick Farmlast_img
