Does what it says on the tin. I’ve struggled for years trying to get a product that gets my tape in extensions out without wrecking my hair this was so easy to use, very oily when using it but one wash and hair is fine and it’s so quick to get the extensions out. Its very good but smells awful. Works great and should last a long time. C22 Solvent 4oz Spray for Lace Wigs & Toupees : Didn’t think this product would get the bonding glue to give in my hair but it did deffo will buy again . Works like a dream when you need that wig off honey . You gotta use a lot of the spray for glue build up but works great. Gets sticky glue off with no fuss. Excellent for removal of tape in hair extensions, nice smell too. This solvent is brilliant, it really takes off the glue from your hands and wig, with a lovely smell of orange. I have just ordered and received 2 bottles. Very happy with this product and seller, the cleanup time is highly reduced with this product, would definatley reccommend this product to others. The best lace release i’ve ever used. Great orange-smelling spray which is very refreshing. Only snag is the spray is a tad on the oily side. I like how this product delivers its promises. With one or a few sprays, it works magically. Arrived on time and in good condition as expected. Best hair remover i have found so far highly recommend. Worked really well in dissolving the glue, and left a pleasant smell. Have used it sparingly, so it’ll last a while. The product works well on my hair line , but not so well getting rid of the glue on a lace wig. Perfect for removing pro flex tape, spray it on and a minute after (or 30 secs) the extensions glide off, smells orangy and not too oily, washes off hair with just one standard shampoo. Only thing i have found in 10 years that gets the horrible glue from my extensions out. Only drawback is it makes your hair so sticky afterwards and is a nightmare to get out. But it’s worth it to get the glue out properly. Bottle has lasted ages aswell. Awesome for removing glue from hair tracks wigs and lacefronted wigs also lacefronts, i’d strongly recommend buying this it’s the safest way and very hygienic to remove, smells great too, not too bad in the price as well. Great job but i don’t use glue just super tape at the front of the lace. Theres abit of problem with the spray pump. Share Facebook Twitter Google + LinkedIn Pinterest The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) encourages people and groups wanting to protect critical wetlands, agricultural lands and grasslands to consider enrolling their property into conservation easements. This year, USDA’s Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) plans to invest $250 million nationally in technical and financial assistance to help private landowners, tribes, land trusts, and other groups protect these valuable lands. The Agricultural Conservation Easement Program (ACEP) focuses on restoring and protecting wetlands as well as conserving productive agricultural lands and grasslands. Landowners are compensated for enrolling their land in easements.“Protecting these lands preserves Ohio’s heritage, natural resources and open space,” said Terry Cosby, NRCS State Conservationist in Ohio. “Easements are an important tool for people who are trying to improve the management of their land.”Applications for ACEP are taken on a continuous basis, and they are ranked and considered for funding several times per year. The next Ohio deadline is Jan. 19, 2018.The 2014 Farm Bill created ACEP, merging together several easement programs into one. In the last year, easements have protected 5,132 acres in Ohio and nearly 300,000 acres nationwide. Wetland Reserve EasementsThrough ACEP wetland reserve easements, NRCS helps landowners restore and protect wetland ecosystems. Wetlands are one of nature’s most productive ecosystems providing many ecological, societal and economic benefits. In the 1700s, wetlands covered 5 million acres of Ohio, primarily in the northwestern part of the State, referred to as the “Great Black Swamp.” Competing land uses resulted in a 90 percent loss of wetlands by the late 1900s. Since 2005, NRCS has assisted landowners in restoring more than 25,000 acres of wetlands in Ohio.“Wetlands provide many benefits, including critical habitat for a wide array of wildlife species. They also store floodwaters, clean and recharge groundwater, sequester carbon, trap sediment, and filter pollutants for clean water,” Cosby said. “Seventy-five percent of the nation’s wetlands are situated on private and tribal lands.”Last year, Ohio landowners restored 2,985 acres of wetlands through ACEP. Landowners can choose either a permanent or 30-year wetland conservation easement.Eligible lands include farmed or converted wetlands that can successfully be restored, croplands or grasslands subject to flooding, and riparian areas that link protected wetland areas. As part of the easement, NRCS and the landowner work together to develop a plan for the restoration and maintenance of the wetland. Agricultural land easementsThrough ACEP agricultural land easements, NRCS provides funds to conservation partners to purchase conservation easements on private working lands. This program helps keep working lands working, especially in areas experiencing development pressure.Partners include State or local agencies, non-profits and tribes. Landowners continue to own their property, but voluntarily enter into a legal agreement with a cooperating entity to purchase an easement. The cooperating entity applies for matching funds from NRCS for the purchase of an easement from the landowner, permanently protecting its agricultural use and conservation values. Landowners do not apply directly to NRCS for funding under this program. Easements are permanent. Eligible lands include privately owned cropland, rangeland, grassland, pastureland, and forestlands.

In an interview with Reuters, Chief Executive Lanham Napier said a year ago Amazon was “incredibly far ahead,” of Rackspace in the cloud computing market. But this year he said Rackspace has closed the gap with Amazon’s web services business.Napier did not provide details about the gap nor how much Rackspace has gained on Amazon. He did say the Rackspace cloud business contributed 10 percent to the company’s revenue in the third quarter. Business for cloud computing services has been growing in excess of 100 percent per year. In the second quarter, the Rackspace cloud business grew 17 percent. The cloud business does have its pitfalls, in particular in respect to the tight margins that come with offering the service. Napier said those tight margins have been offset by its hosting business. Rackspace provides hosting to large enterprises. Cloud computing services are primarily provided to customers for hosting websites and renting servers that can be scaled up and back down at any time. But can this scenario continue? Competition is only starting in the cloud computing market. Rackspace competes with other cloud computing providers such as Joyent. Microsoft will soon enter the game. The key will be in how to add margins to the cloud business. Depending on traditional hosting business may get tricky if more of that business goes to the cloud, too.Amazon seems to be fighting that battle on a daily basis. They continue to add features but have to respond to market pressures with competitive pricing. What had previously been a funky alternative for making cheap international and long-distance calls – when connected to a wifi network – has become a viable alternative to your cellular service. This week, Skype has announced updates to its iPhone app to bring it fully up to speed in terms of multitasking, background operation and voice quality. Previously, Skype was really useful only as a way to save on some minutes if you were running low, to make long-distance international phone calls on the cheap or to make phone calls in remote areas where wifi was available but cell phone service was not. (And yes, those places still exist, all over the country.) Now, with it’s latest update for Apple’s iOS 4, Skype can run in the background when other apps are running and even when the phone is locked. This means that it can sit in the background, silently waiting for calls or chat messages to come in and interrupt whatever it is your doing to alert you. In essence, Skype has become a fully functional telephone app. Having to keep the app open and the phone unlocked to listen for incoming phone calls previously made using Skype as your primary phone unreasonable. This update changes all of that. It acts just as your other calls, allowing you to switch back and forth from the phone call to other tasks, like checking emails or maps or whatever else you want.In addition to multitasking and background operation, the new version takes full advantage of the iPhone 4’s “Retina Display” and the high quality sound available over 3G. Skype also announced that, with this update, it “no longer [has] plans to charge a supplement to make calls over 3G”.The only thing you have to worry about now, of course, is your data limit. This poker buddy’s friend drove a fruit truck. The two of them got together and counted all the watermelons one day. Later, as this poker player was hanging around with his gambling buddies, his friend pulled up in the truck. The poker player suggested to his gambling buddies that they should bet on who could come closest to guessing the total number of watermelons in the truck.Of course, the poker player knew exactly how many watermelons were in the truck. He collected $500, and later split it with the driver. The poker player is not a hustler. He is a con artist, a con man.Hustling is about putting forth the effort. It’s about acting with urgency. It’s about finding a way to create value and, yes, it is also about capturing some of that value.Hustling isn’t about cheating someone. That’s the opposite of hustling. That’s trying to find a way to capture value without creating any for the other party. That’s stealing.Hustling isn’t about looking for an unfair advantage. It’s not about trying to gain a competitive advantage by being dishonest. It’s about gaining an advantage that seems unfair by working harder than anyone else would.Hustling isn’t about deceit. Burnley boss Dyche delighted with manner of goals for victory over Norwichby Paul Vegasa month agoSend to a friendShare the loveBurnley boss Sean Dyche was delighted with the manner of their goals for victory over Norwich City. The Clarets boss celebrated becoming the fourth longest serving manager in the club’s history with three deserved points, thanks to Chris Wood’s early brace.Wood struck twice in the 10th and 14th minutes, first with a near post header from a perfect Ashley Westwood corner and then with a smart near post flick to get on the end of Dwight McNeil’s delicious cross.“For the set piece I was pleased with my staff because there are certain things they work on and they deserve a lot of credit for that,” explained Dyche.“For the second, we know what a good young player Dwight is. He keeps developing all the time and he’s got great feet and pulls a lovely ball back.“Woody is on the spot and it’s a great bit of movement and a good finish because they are not easy.My only gripe was that we didn’t capitalise on so many counter-attacks in the second half, but they’ve shown me enough, yet again, that we are a force when we get things right.” About the authorPaul VegasShare the loveHave your say
college football playoff field Twitter/PlayoffWe’re just four days away from the College Football Playoff field being announced, but per usual, nothing is even close to set in stone. The current field – Clemson, Alabama, Oklahoma and Iowa – is bound to change, given the list of conference championship games to be played this Saturday.Obviously, the television networks have their favorites – they’d love to see Alabama stay in the field and have Ohio State sneak in. The bigger the fan bases, the more money they’ll make. Plus, Nick Saban and Urban Meyer are the best two coaches in the game. But that doesn’t necessarily mean that it would be good for the sport, long-term. We’ve gone through and picked out the playoff foursome (one that is possible this year) that we believe would be the best for college football, long-term. You’ll be surprised to see which teams are included.Get Started: No. 4 – Iowa >>>Pages: Page 1 Page 2 Page 3 Page 4 Page 5 Page 6 Page 7
