I’m sure the addition of a fine gentleman’s cruiser can only have helped the property to sell for nearly double its guide price of £80,000.The riverside bungalow was one of 44 lots offered at Nottingham Racecourse in an auction that raised £3.1 million – SDL Auctions Graham Penny’s highest Nottingham auction total so far this year.Vejay said, “The result of our July auction belies any recent suggestions of a slowing market.
