Under the Urban Municipal Governance contract, Tetra Tech will help USAID improve the capacity of municipal governments in Guatemala to respond to the needs of citizens.Working with the Government of Guatemala and local civic groups, Tetra Tech will support the strengthening of public financial systems and the development of service delivery plans for local governments to promote improved governance practices in the region.
